Our Guarantee and Return Policy

With the following exceptions, any product may be returned for any reason, if in new condition (including manufacturer's packaging!), for exchange, credit, or refund, within 30 days of the purchase date.

EXCEPTIONS:

Although we cannot guarantee your picking skills, SouthOrd® Lock Picks are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 30 days. Our E Series Electric picks are warranted for six months, and our LAT-17 is warranted for one year. SouthOrd MAX® Lock Picks feature a lifetime guarantee (excludes shipping cost). Warranties exclude abuse or misuse of tools.

Locksmithing Tools may be returned, if in new condition, for credit to your account toward the purchase of another product, or for replacement if defective.

Books are not returnable, and video tapes, DVD's and CD's may be returned for replacement if defective.

Orders canceled after shipping has occurred will be charged a 20% restocking fee, and shipping charges are nonrefundable.
